Synopsis:
The love of a woman. The fate of Tyrol.

After an accidental death of a French soldier, Katharina and her husband must escape from Bavaria to Tyrol in the tumultuous times of 1809 - a historical adventure reviving the 200th anniversary of the Hofer-Revolt against Bavaria and Napoleon.

Mountain Blood is the story of Katharina, a well-to-do woman who finds herself living with her husband's destitute family, and how she must adapt to this hard-working, bitter family as a war threatens to break them apart.
