Synopsis:
Brad Carter and Don Goodman are two unrestrained police officers who enforce the law with unconventional methods. Following a lead on a case, the two officers are setup to take a fall and embarrass the police department. They are dismissed from their duties.

Carter and Goodman secretly investigate to learn who is responsible for their demise and gradually discover a shadowy oligarchy with the sole aim of enslaving all of the area's citizens. Now it is up to our two heroes to overthrow the established power - in the name of truth – by any means necessary.
