Synopsis:
In 1982, a group of local musicians are unable to earn a living due to the government's new ban. Only music pre-approved by the government is to be played. At night, the musicians form a "nightclub" in the middle of the cemetary but their efforts only land them in jail. When the regional martial-law commander wishes to create a "modern orchestra" with these local musicians, tragi-comical events start taking place. Abuzar, the leader of the band, decides to prepare a welcome ceremony for the members of the Council who will visit the town. However, there are others preparing a different welcome. Haydar, a university student, plans a protest and is assisted by Gulendam, daughter of Abuzer. While this young couple fight the ban, they also manage to fall in love.
